We can confirm that localized alerts with a notification banner for all users accessing our digital platforms (Web, Mobile Web, iOS & Android phone & tablets) and TV channels are restored. For mobile applications, users can see the alert banner after opening the app. We continue to actively work on restoring the push notification feature. Storm Centre will continue to be activated if there is active weather in your area. These digital platforms and TV channels are safe to use.
Operations of the Alert Ready system, of which Pelmorex Corp. is the technical vendor, continue to work as intended and are not impacted.
