He added, “Sam is a perfect fit, both culturally and in terms of experience and expertise. Simply put, he is a tremendous leader and a great people person. Sam is the steward that we have been looking for and we are thrilled to hand over the reins of our family business to him. We have come a long way since 1989 but today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter and we are only getting started.”
